If done correctly, we enable you to obtain your divorce without the services of a lawyer. DG does not replace an attorney. If you feel you need an attorney, you may request that DG refer you to a licensed attorney. In doing so, we are not responsible for the legal services you receive.
Your payment for services include only the services listed. DG employees that you may speak to are not licensed attorneys and do not offer legal advice. This service is only for those who are comfortable seeking a divorce without a lawyer.
Once you have paid the fee for Divorce Genius and/or Divorce Genius Plus and your Original Petition for divorce has been filed, the paid fee is non refundable at that point.
DG does not guarantee any result. Be aware that all courts have individual local rules and the judges who preside in those courts are permitted to have their own individual preferences in handling “pro se” divorces.
DG is available in all 254 counties in Texas. Divorce Genius Plus is available in the following counties: Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Gillespie, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Medina.
